Green Cleaning in Largest LEED Certified Building in the US

NEW YORK, NY--Triangle Services is the outsourced janitorial provider for the largest LEED Silver Certified Building in the US.
The Beacon Capital’s building, on 1211 Avenue of the Americas, is now certified by one of the strictest measures of green cleaning, maintenance, and service of the US Green Building Council.
This 45-story, two million-sf tower complies with green initiatives including retrofit lighting that is efficient and with reduced mercury content, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and enhanced windows permitting more daylight to reach the tower’s interiors.
