SADDLE BROOK--First Vice President Paul Cohen of CB Richard Ellis, New Jersey's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, was selected as one of the six Brownfields expert panelist at the Brownfields 2008 Town Meeting Plenary in Detroit.
The event featured distinguished experts in brownfields, corporate real estate, vacant properties, community development and land use. Over 6,500 developers, property owners, government officials, and environmental consultants attended from all fifty states.
Paul Cohen, lead broker and founder of CB Richard Ellis's first Brownfield Practice group, is an expert in industrial brokerage, land sales and brownfield redevelopment.
Renee Montagne, from NPR West, National Public Radio studios in Culver City, California, hosts Morning Edition. She was the moderator of this event and is a familiar voice on the radio, having worked for NPR's science, national, and foreign desks as well as a two-year stint co-hosting All Things Considered with Robert Siegal.
