BETHESDA, MD--CoStar Group, Inc. has announced the promotion of Paul Greco to the position of Regional Sales Director for New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
As one of 13 Regional Sales Directors nationwide, Greco is responsible for managing CoStar's regional sales force, with overall responsibilities for customer satisfaction and sales throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Greco joined CoStar in 2002 and has more than 15 years of sales experience in the real estate and software industries. Prior to his promotion, Greco served as the Sales Director for CoStar's Northern New Jersey office. Throughout his career with CoStar, Greco has consistently ranked among the top 10% of the company's sales force. In recognition of his consistently high sales achievement, Greco was again named to CoStar's President's Club in 2008.
As Regional Sales Director, Greco said that one of his top priorities will be to attract other top sales professionals to support CoStar’s expanding information services platform in the Northern New Jersey, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh regions.
"CoStar is growing and we have a number of available opportunities throughout the area," said Greco. "We are actively looking for qualified sales candidates with commercial real estate backgrounds for Account Executive positions to support our continued growth."
