EATONTOWN--The New Jersey office of FirstService Williams has arranged a long term, 15,500-sf lease for Wentworth Group at 17-21 Christopher Way in Eatontown.
The Donato Group is the landlord.
FirstService Williams is becoming Colliers International, the New York - New Jersey - Connecticut hub of the world’s third largest commercial real estate services firm.
Wentworth Group, the largest residential property management services company in the United States, is relocating from nearby West Long Branch to accommodate current and future growth needs. The move brings its associates from two separate floors in its current space into one, well-organized floor at the new location.
Jamie Drummond, managing director, FirstService Williams, arranged the lease on behalf of Wentworth Group. Although 17-21 Christopher Way is only a few miles from the firm’s current location, it provides better highway access, an important associate amenity. The new space also allows Wentworth to be a large tenant in a smaller, well-run building, as well as the opportunity for building signage.
Located in the heart of the Eatontown Industrial Park, the 45,000-sf, single-story office building is in close proximity to shopping, banks, and other businesses. Other tenants include Northrop Grumman.
The landlord was represented internally in the transaction.
