In this role, Bettie will provide Texas community associations with sophisticated, cost-effective and personalized reserve/transition studies executed in a detail-oriented but timely manner.
Specializing in community associations for over 25 years, Kipcon, Inc. is one of the nations premier full-service engineering design and inspection consulting firms. With extensive experience in commercial property and residential association management, having worked with several management companies in Houston managing single-family associations, condominium associations, commercial properties and mixed-use buildings, Bettie understands the reserve study process and the importance of properly maintaining ownership assets.
A Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through Community Associations Institute (CAI), Jones brings years of industry expertise and experience to Kipcon. Active in both organizations, she has taken on many roles including committee member, chair and vice president. For these efforts, Bettie Jones was nominated as a candidate for IREM's prestigious CPM of the Year award.
