ASBURY, NJ AND BETHLEHEM, PA--J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. has completed the construction of a new production facility for Myers Power Products, Inc. at 44 South Commerce Way in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania.
Myers will relocate their existing operations at 2000 Highland Avenue in Hanover Township to the new, 93,472-sf building, which includes 10,278 sf of office space.
Ground was broken at the 6.9-acre site on April 6, 2009, with construction being completed in only six months. Jim Vozar, a spokesperson for JGPCO, stated, “Our goal from the outset was to meet an aggressive schedule and deliver the project both on time and within budget. We are pleased to have succeeded on both counts.”
Myers, which is headquartered in Corona, California, has been a leader for over 60 years in the engineering and manufacturing of power supplies, transformers, lighting inverters, battery backup systems, electrical cabinets, and medium and low voltage switchgear for the electrical industry. Myers’ operations in Hanover Township encompass emergency lighting inverters and UPS systems, telco and cable products as well as, the Abacus Division which designs and produces high tech electronic power control devices.
