HILLSBOROUGH--Larken Associates has recently announced new lease signings at two of its commercial complexes in the Somerset County town of Hillsborough.
AA Academy of CME has signed a three-year lease for 1,135-sf of space at Hillsborough Business Center, the 23-building commercial campus surrounded by Homestead Road, Stryker Lane and Raider Blvd. The space is located at 3 Jill Court, a premium site on a private cul-de-sac street within the Hillsborough Business Center.
