NAI Hanson Completes Sale of 43,700 SF Industrial/Flex Building By Betsy Kraat

PARSIPPANY--NAI James E. Hanson has recently completed the sale of a 43,700-sf industrial/flex facility at 1 Labriola Court in Armonk, New York.

NAI Hanson's Associate Vice President's Thomas Vetter and Jeffrey DeMagistris represented the owner, Coining Inc. in this transaction. The building was purchased by C.W. Brown, a full-service general contracting and construction management firm serving commercial clients in the Tri-State area.

The property is situated just off Armonk-Bedford road on four acres of land in the heart of Westchester County, within close proximity to Route 120 and Old Route 22. The 43,700-sf building contains 19,280 sf of office space, 5 tailgates, 92 paved parking spaces and is currently zoned for research, electronic and light industrial work.
