ISELIN--Gil Medina, executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.’s New Jersey operations, will speak as part of Governor Corzine’s Real Estate Advisory Board at a September 9th meeting of ICREW NJ, a Chapter of CREW Network.
Medina and additional members of the advisory board – including Joseph Taylor of Matrix Development Group and Steve Pozycki of SJP Properties – will talk about the group’s work and the efforts of its New Business Development Committee.
The breakfast meeting also will feature guest speaker Caren Franzini, NJEDA, who will discuss the EDA's role in helping businesses in New Jersey. The event will begin at 7:45 a.m. at the Woodbridge Hilton, 120 Wood Avenue South, Iselin.
Seating for the Sept. 9 program is limited. Special rates are available for tables of 10, at $350 for ICREW NJ member companies and $550 for non-member companies. Register prior to Sept. 5 to receive a discounted registration rate.
Medina joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2002 and assumed his current position there in 2005. He maintains responsibility for operations at Cushman & Wakefield’s three New Jersey offices. An attorney and CPA, Gil is well known in the state for his role in planning and implementing business climate and organizational reforms that dramatically improved New Jersey’s economy as state commerce secretary under the Whitman Administration.
