UNION CITY--Raffi S. Arslanian, a principal with RSA Development Group, LLC, is the recipient of Coldwell Banker’s annual Vision Award for his foresight and leadership in spearheading the rebirth of Union City.
The award is given to developers who bring great vision, pioneering spirit and creativity to their developmental activities, according to Coldwell Banker. Previous winners include the developers of Liberty Village, the first Transit Village in New Jersey; and Park Ferry, a residential community located next to the Belford Ferry Terminal.
RSA Development Group recently completed a residential condominium called Park West on 37th Street and has already sold nine of the 12 luxury condominium residences at Ardan House, an award-winning residential building at the center of one of Union City’s fastest evolving districts.
RSA Development Group is also in the process of completing a shopping center off JFK Boulevard in Union City, opposite a new $175 million High School.
Schooled as an architect, Raffi Arslanian has enjoyed a 24-year career in developing and marketing unique communities. He has built more than $250 million of residential real estate from western New Jersey to Upstate New York.
