ASBURY--J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., has announced that Ryan R. Waggner has joined the firm’s growing team of professionals as an Assistant Property Manager. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Asbury.
Waggner is a graduate of Rowan University in Glassboro with a degree in Business Management. His responsibilities at JGPCO encompass all aspects of property management for the firm’s diverse portfolio in the New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania markets.
Prior to joining JGPCO, Waggner interned for two summers at the Edison office of Cushman & Wakefield. He is also an active member of the Society for Advancement of Management and has taken courses with The Appraisal Institute.
