WEST ORANGE--The New Jersey office of FirstService Williams arranged for the sale and purchase of a 22,524-sf medical office condominium interest at 375 Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange.
New Jersey Cardiology Associates, known as NJCA, took possession this month.
The seller is 375 Mt. Pleasant Avenue LLC, a joint venture of Paragon Realty Group and the Hampshire Companies. FirstService Williams represented both parties in the transaction.
The building owner is redeveloping 375 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, the 11-acre, former Organon headquarters campus, into a state-of-the-art, 106,000-sf medical office facility. As the building’s first occupant, NJCA will use the space for its cardiology practice.
Mark Brown, Administrator, NJCA (formerly Diagnostic and Clinical Cardiology, PA), saw 375 Mount Pleasant as the perfect setting for the cardiology group.
