WEST NEW YORK--The Kislak Company, Inc.,recently completed the sale of two apartment buildings comprising 49 units in West New York.
The sales included a 25-unit property located at 401 53rd Street for $2,190,000 and a 24-unit property located at 5111 Palisade Avenue for $2,250,000. Vice Presidents Don Baxter and Jonathan Greenberg represented both parties, private investors and longtime Kislak clients, in the transactions.
401 53rd Street has large, box-style apartments. The buyer of each property intends to renovate the units and increase value. At the time of closing, both properties were 100% occupied. In each transaction, the buyer’s financing was arranged by Elliot Treitel of Meridian Capital. The law firm of Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker, LLC represented the buyer in each transaction.
