HARRISON–- The structural steel phase of Red Bull Arena was officially completed on Tuesday when officials of Red Bull New York hosted the topping off ceremony for the new 25,000-seat venue. The Red Bulls, one of 15 teams making up the top-flight professional Major League Soccer, will begin play in 2010 in the new stadium, moving here from Giants Stadium in the Meadowlands.
