WOODBRIDGE-- The Schultz Organization has reported another transaction in the first quarter of 2009. Most recently, the investment sales team of Steven M. Schultz, principal, and Tony Georgiev, senior director, represented the building owner in the sale of an 87,701-sf industrial building, located at 239 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway.
