The event drew more than 50 industrial brokers who toured the upgraded facility.

In addition, 1050 Edward Street offers close proximity to Port Elizabeth and Port Newark and Newark Liberty International Airport. 1050 Edward Street currently offers full availability for warehouse, light assembly and distribution tenants. The building is a part of Hampshire Partners Fund VII, Hampshire’s $350 million institutional real estate investment fund.
