MANASQUAN--Wine King recently opened at Wall Towne Center in Manasquan.
The wine merchant joins a roster of popular tenants at this 91,000 sf center in Monmouth County. The lease was negotiated by Ethan Goldsmith of Levin Management, the property’s leasing and management agent.
Wine King combined two stores totaling 4,800 sf to accommodate its broad selection of fine wines. Wall Towne Center is located on NJ Route 34, which is traveled by more than 30,000 cars each day and is less than a quarter mile from the intersection of Routes 35 and 70.
Anchored by a 63,000-sf ShopRite supermarket, the center is also tenanted by Ocean First Bank, GNC, The UPS Store, Cingular Wireless, Allstate Insurance, Lubrano’s Trattoria and a strong roster of service providers.
