MONTVILLE--Redi-Mail Direct Marketing, a marketing support solutions company, has renewed and expanded its space commitment to 67,000 sf at 10 New Maple Ave. in Montville.
The 265,000-sf, high-end flex/warehouse building sits in the township’s Pine Brook section and fronts on Interstate 80 East.
Andrew Siemsen, Frank Caccavo, Jason Goldman and Glenn Talavera of Cushman & Wakefield’s Edison office serve as exclusive leasing agents for 10 New Maple Ave. High Street Equity Advisors LLC owns the multi-tenant property. David Knee, Rob Kossar and Chris Hile of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Redi-Mail.
During the past two years, the Cushman & Wakefield team has negotiated renewals for several additional occupants at 10 New Maple Ave., including Einstein Moomjy and Anritsu Company. Other companies at the property include Toys R Us and Olla Beauty Supply.
10 New Maple Ave. features 24-foot clear ceilings, four loading doors, 5,000 sf of office build-out and I-80 signage exposure. Currently, one 32,000-sf unit is available in the building.
