Levin Negotiates 25,645-SF Lease For Acme Supermarket

MIDDLESEX--Acme Supermarket recently signed a lease for a 25,645-sf, free-standing store in Middlesex Borough.
Ethan Goldsmith of Levin Management, the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property, negotiated the lease.
The center is on the corner of Warrenville Road and Route 28, which are two of the Borough’s main thoroughfares. Between 2000 and 2007, population within three miles of the center grew by 6.5%, to 91,634, according to the Census Bureau. Median Household Income during that period grew 22.4%, to $77,538. 52% of households earn $75,000 or more.
A pad site for a building of up to 4,500 sf is currently being offered at the property.
