SECAUCUS-- Hartz Mountain Industries has announced that 100 Plaza Drive, located in Hartz's Harmon Meadow development, has undergone
significant interior and exterior renovations.
Interior renovations include a refurbished granite atrium with new seating, brand new rest rooms and new energy efficient light fixtures. The building facade has been replaced with a new exterior finish system. Additional exterior renovations include new granite entrance steps, new accent lighting and new energy efficient light fixtures in the under-building parking. A new landscaping theme has also been completed at the property. The building also features a full-service cafeteria and plentiful parking.
Harmon Meadow contains 3.5 million sq. ft. of commercial space, including 7 hotels, over 10 restaurants, movie theaters, the Meadowlands Exposition Center, an office park, and retail, including major national chains and boutiques. Free onsite parking is also available.
