CBRE Completes Approximately 97,000 SF of Leases at Park 80 West By Betsy Kraat

SADDLE BROOK-- CB Richard Ellis recently completed approximately 97,000 sf of leases at Park 80 West in Saddle Brook.

CB Richard Ellis' First Vice President Cheryl Hardt represented the landlord, L&L Park 80 LLC, in these transactions.

Recent tenants that chose Park 80 West as a headquarters location include CircuLite, a medical device company focused on the treatment of chronic heart failure, and Intranasal, a specialty pharmaceutical company.

Additional transactions included:

--NEC, a technology-based finance company, chose to relocate to Park 80 West from Glenpointe Centre in Teaneck. CB Richard Ellis' Senior Vice President David Opper and Vice President Ed Solarsh represented the tenant in this transaction.

--Symrise, an international creator of flavors, fragrances, cosmetic and aroma ingredients based in Germany, is consolidating its space and relocating from Teterboro within Park 80 West. They will use this space for its administrative and financial operations. Real Estate Strategies Corporation's Andrew Zezas, SIOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.

--Oppenheimer, a wealth management company, has doubled its existing space by 5,000 sf in just two years. The firm was impressed by Park 80 West's location, exceptional landlord services and the quality of Park 80 West. Newmark Knight Frank's Susanne Newmark represented the tenant in this transaction.

--M&T Bank selected Park 80 West as its first New Jersey office. CB Richard Ellis' Executive Vice President James Tully represented the tenant and Senior Vice President David Opper assisted Cheryl Hardt in this transaction.

--Tenants FTI Consulting, a consulting firm; JBA Associates, an insurance firm; Rotenberg Meril Solomon Bertiger & Guttilla, P.C., an accounting firm; and Sanyo, an electronics firm, continue to choose Park 80 West because of ownership's commitment to tenant services.

Park 80 West is a state-of-the-art two-building complex located at the intersection of Interstate-80 and the Garden State Parkway in the heart of the Bergen County submarket. The proximity of the Marriott Hotel directly across from the buildings and the nearby Holiday Inn hotels further enhances the location of Park 80 West, offering an ideal hotel and meeting area.

Plaza I consists of 224,000 sf of office space on eight floors, while Plaza II totals 264,000 rentable sf on 11 floors. On-site amenities include property management and security services, 24/7 building access, banking, concierge, conferencing facilities, coffee/smoothie bar, newsstand, dry cleaner, fitness center and café.
