Weichert Commercial Brokerage Honored By CoStar Group

MORRIS PLAINS--John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (WCB), is pleased to announce that the CoStar Group has selected WCB in its annual list of top brokerage firms for its performance in 2007, marking the sixth consecutive year that WCB has received such top industry honors.
CoStar Group has selected WCB among the northern New Jersey Market’s 2007 Top Brokerage Firms based on leasing transactions. In order to be selected for this honor, WCB was measured against all commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region and subsequently ranked based on the total of leasing transactions completed in 2007.
