MONROE TOWNSHIP--Matrix Development Group, the Cranbury-based real estate investment and development company, recently announced a 4,045-sf lease with Fedders North America, Inc.
A leading company specializing in air conditioning, Airwell-Fedders opened its newest branch at 2 Centre Drive in Monroe Township. The building, which provides a total of 16,132 sf of office space, is now approaching full occupancy with only 1,992 sf remaining available for lease.
Bob Morford represented Airwell-Fedders and Matrix was represented in-house by leasing manager Felicia Arias. Airwell-Fedders will use the facility for general office space for their air conditioning and air treatment products business.
The building is part of an 11-building campus adjacent to the renowned Forsgate Country Club. Two Centre Drive was recently updated with state-of-the-art signage, landscaping and upgrades to the building's common areas.
Airwell Fedders North America, Inc. is a leading company in the field of air conditioning. The company derived from Airwell Air Conditioning BV, a European company that works primarily out of its main headquarters in France and has distribution in Italy, Israel, China and Argentina. In 2008, Airwell Air Conditioning BV decided to take on North America as Airwell Fedders North America, Inc., with a line of high-quality heating and air conditioning products.
