SADDLE BROOK-- CB Richard Ellis recently completed the first retail lease for Carriage City Plaza, a new mixed-use development, located at 1 Carriage City Plaza in Rahway, with Cuppy's Coffee, Smoothies & More.
The CB Richard Ellis team of Jason Pierson and Robert Molloy completed this transaction on behalf of the owner/developer, Silcon Group. Cuppy's Coffee was represented in-house.
Carriage City Plaza is a new 16-story, 384,000-sf mixed-use property that is currently under construction and scheduled for completion next month. The property will be comprised of 209 one- and two-bedroom condominiums along with 13 penthouses under the Skyview luxury brand; a 102-room boutique Hotel Indigo; a 6,650-sf restaurant with a liquor license and outdoor seating; a 5,800-sf full-service day spa and fitness center; a roof-top garden; and 10,000 sf of ground floor retail space.
Nadaskay Kopelson Architects and Arturo Palombo Architecture serve as architects for the project. The anticipated date of completion for this development is June of 2008.
