Kislak Realty Sells Bergen County Apartment Building By Betsy Kraat

LITTLE FERRY-- The Kislak Company, Inc., recently completed the sale of Catherine Gardens, a 41-unit apartment complex in Little Ferry.

Vice President Rosanne Maccarone represented the seller in this all-cash transaction. Sales Associate Robert Squires assisted the buyer in consummating this transaction.

Maccarone originally sold this building for the builder to the current owners and has maintained a long-term standing relationship with them for the past 22 years. She secured an exclusive listing and marketed the property as a leveraged, low-risk investment in a stable environment.

Catherine Gardens is a three-story, well-maintained brick apartment building. Amenities include large rooms, on-site parking and a prime location in Bergen County. Catherine Gardens is just minutes from New York City, the George Washington Bridge, Routes 4, 17 and 46, mass transportation and shopping. At the time of the sale, the building was fully occupied.
