SOMERSET--Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. recently completed a tenant fit-up on behalf of Ambitech Engineering Corporation at 3 Executive Drive, a five-story, 86,000-sf office building in the Somerset Executive Square office complex in Somerset.
The building is owned by Denholtz Associates. Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers provided full architectural and engineering design services. Currently under construction, the project included the tenant fit-out of an entire 20,000-sf floor in the building.
Somerset Executive Square is a three building property consisting of two, four-story office buildings (1 and 2 Executive Drive) totaling 166,000 sf and an 86,000-sf five-story office building at 3 Executive Drive. Onsite amenities include a cafeteria, banking, professional property management, covered executive parking, 24/7 building access and abundant parking. Situated just off Interstate 287, the complex is a short distance from the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and less than 30 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport. There are also many nearby amenities including restaurants, shopping centers, hotels and conference facilities.
