Kislak Completes $2.7 Million Sale of 80 Pompton Ave

WOODBRIDGE-- The Kislak Company, Inc., recently completed the $2.7 million sale of 80 Pompton Ave., a 24,000-sf office building, in Verona.
Vice President Joni Sweetwood represented the buyer, JG Pompton LLC, and the seller, 80 Pompton Ave. LLC, in this transaction.
80 Pompton Ave. is a four-story brick-elevator office building that is primarily leased to professional services firms. This office facility is ideally located near Route 23, I-280 and Bloomfield Avenue.
Intervest provided the first mortgage financing for this transaction.
