SADDLE BROOK-- CB Richard Ellis, New Jersey's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, has announced the promotion of Craig Eisenhardt to senior vice president.
Formerly a vice president with the company, Eisenhardt has been a member of the CB Richard Ellis team since 1996.
Eisenhardt has completed over four million sf of transactions throughout New Jersey and provides tenants and owners with representative, consulting and strategic planning services. In 2007, he completed over 500,000 sf of transactions on behalf of companies, such as AIG, Lehman Brothers, Normandy Real Estate Partners, and most notably, a 145,000-sf acquisition on behalf of Motorola in South Plainfield.
He has received numerous accolades throughout his career including CoStar Group's Top Broker Award, Real Estate New Jersey's Top 40 under 40 Award and CB Richard Ellis' New Jersey Mentor of the Year Award and New Jersey Sales Associate of the Year Award. Craig has also served as an instructor for CBRE University, CB Richard Ellis' national training program.
