The Lightstone Group Delivers 17,000-Square-Foot Space to Aldi at Larchmont Commons By Betsy Kraat

MOUNT LAUREL--The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that it has completed construction of a new 17,000-sf space for the international supermarket, Aldi, which will now commence interior fit-out for its grand opening in the third quarter of 2008 at the Larchmont Commons Shopping Center in Mount Laurel.

Aldi, an international grocery store chain with over 800 locations worldwide, will be the anchor supermarket at Larchmont Commons.

Conveniently located on Route 38 at Ark Road, the 127,000-sf Larchmont Commons Shopping Center also features AAA Vacation Store, Burger King, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Tuesday Morning and Tot Time Child Development Center. Two new 30-foot tall road signs will highlight many of the Larchmont Commons tenants.
