The Staubach Company Secures More Than 29,000-SF Lease for Dow Jones & Company Building

PRINCETON--The Staubach Company's New Jersey office has announced that it has secured a 29,517-sf lease with Protech Solutions, Inc. at 4300 Route 1, Building Three, within the Bernard Kilgore Center corporate campus in Princeton, on behalf of the building owner Dow Jones & Company.
In this transaction, John C. Giordano, III, principal, of The Staubach Company, represented Dow Jones and Company, and Gerry Fennelly of Gerry Fennelly & Associates represented Protech Solutions, a nationwide information technology services provider for development, maintenance and enhancement of automated systems.
