Tarragon Corp. Announces Trio I in Palisades Park to Offer High-Tech Golf Simulator By Betsy Kraat

PALISADES PARK--The Tarragon Corp. has announced that Trio I, its new luxury high-rise condominium development in Palisades Park, has launched the P3 Pro Swing, a top-of-the-line golf simulator for residents.

Trio offers buyers 16 different floor plans and quality amenities and finishes. Trio I, which is more than 90 percent sold, offers one-, two-, and two plus-bedroom residences. Trio II also recently opened for sale.

The P3 Pro Swing, which is currently being installed in a room adjacent to the development's fitness center, is geared toward residents of all ages. The $6,000 machine provides players with a serene virtual environment reminiscent of an actual golf course. The simulator's large screen measures 14 feet by 9 feet and is accompanied by a safety net to capture golf balls as well as a 4-foot standing mat, putting strip and sensor pad that virtually translates action to the screen to enhance realism.

Other features at Trio buildings include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a fully equipped business suite, a children's playroom and ample common areas. Trio II features a business center with conference room and a multi-purpose room with a terrace and a media room. The buildings' amenities are open for use by all residents. Trio I and II are mirror images of each other and will each offer a three-level self-park garage below the buildings.

Trio was designed through the collaboration of Edgewater-based Architectura and the acclaimed New York residential designer, Ismael Leyva Architects.
