TINTON FALLS--Onyx Equities, LLC, received approval from the Tinton Falls Planning Board to lease 100 percent of its two existing office buildings located at 766 Shrewsbury Avenue in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, to medical tenants.
The adopted resolution was finalized on February 13, 2008.
The buildings at 766 Shrewsbury Avenue consist of a 45,000-sf, 4-story building with penthouse, and a 26,000-sf, 2-story building. According to Mr. Nevins full-scale renovations of the buildings interiors including the entry lobbies, elevators and common area upgrades were recently completed. Exterior renovations will begin in the spring, which will include a new upgraded façade, installation of continuous banded windows, new site signage and landscape upgrades.
Presently 766 Shrewsbury is the home to a number of medical tenants including Atlantic Diagnostics, an imaging center offering clients open and closed MRI and CT scanning services. David Zimmel and Joel Natter of Zimmel Associates are marketing the buildings to both medical and professional tenants.
